B2C Insurance Advisor - Sales & Support

???? About the Role
We’re hiring B2C Advisors to guide travelers, expats, and digital shoppers through the cross-border insurance process. You’ll handle inbound quotes, clarify policy coverage, and provide trustworthy recommendations. No cold calling — just high-quality leads and a meaningful mission.
- Respond to inbound quote requests via phone, chat, and email
- Educate clients about coverage options and legal requirements
- Support online transactions and resolve minor service issues
- Follow up with open quotes and expiring policies
- Document interactions and maintain CRM records
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone manner
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
- Insurance license or experience is a strong plus (training provided)
- Performance bonuses and commissions (OTE up to $70,000)
