Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Minimum 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other clinical settings.
• Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
• Willingness to complete pre-assignment modules (three 1-hour modules). These modules are reimbursable to vendor as a lump sum per client process.
• Ability to meet client productivity expectations (typically 55–63 patients per week) preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Monday–Friday, 0800–1630 (5x8 schedule).
• Typical Clinic Hours: Mon–Thu 07:00–19:30, Fri 07:00–17:00.
• EMR: Raintree.
• Productivity expectations: approximately 55–63 patients per week.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other clinic locations as needed.
• Assignment Duration: 13–26 weeks.
