With our ongoing growth, we are looking to have Quality Technicians join our team on Midnight Shift 11pm - 7:30am.Quality Technician Job Description:Inspect and monitor parts to ensure good quality parts are produced and deliveredSet-up and check dimensions on parts, using metrology instruments, to ensure parts meet quality standards and dimensions are accurateRed tag and create repair orders for non-conforming partsPerform gaged studies and capability studiesInterface with the Quality Manager to address quality issuesEnter data from paper documents for record keeping purposesCheck, sort, and file paperworkContinuous improvement of activities and various other duties as required by the departmentQuality Technician Requirements:Minimum of two years of Quality experience utilizing check fixtures, calipers and micrometersMust be a self-starterWell organized with good written and verbal communication skillsMust be dependable and motivatedQuality Technician Benefits after 90 Days:4 Medical Plan Options (Employee Contribution)Dental Insurance (Employee Contribution)401K with MatchOptional Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, and AFLACTuition ReimbursementPaid VacationPaid HolidaysPaid Time OffQuality Technician Wages:Wages start at $18.00 and up depending on experience level.Shift Premium for Afternoon and Midnight ShiftsOvertime may be required.Not just a Job – but a CAREER OPPURTUNITYApply on-line at or apply in person at 49505 Gratiot Ave, Chesterfield, MI.
