Desktop Support Technician

Job Overview Our client has a brand-new opportunity for a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Terrace Doral, FL. The technician will open, update, and close support tickets in ServiceNow. This is a contract role with a duration of one week. Skills and Qualifications Minimum 1+ years of experience providing onsite desktop support Minimum 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow Windows/Mac experience, Windows 11 OS navigating and troubleshooting Active Directory experience “managing users and computers” Experience imaging and installing laptops and PCs Microsoft Intune experience – managing users and devices Office 365 – troubleshooting experience Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Wage Range The rate for this position is between $22.38 – $29.84 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
