Job Description

Position Summary We are looking for a personable and organized Public Relations Assistant to support public-facing communications, relationship-building activities, and promotional initiatives. This role is suited to someone who enjoys interacting with people, communicating information clearly, and helping maintain a positive company image. Responsibilities Assist with public relations initiatives and brand awareness activities.

Help prepare informational materials for events and public-facing activities.

Communicate professionally with customers, visitors, and community members.

Support the coordination of presentations, promotional events, and outreach activities.

Help ensure information shared with the public is accurate and consistent.

Collect feedback from customer and community interactions.

Maintain organized records of outreach activities and related materials.
