ComResource is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist. We need a person who can assist in the development and execution of comprehensive internal communications programs for the company's Corporate, Commercial, and Simulation Systems training products and services. Responsibilities: Ensure all internal communications vehicles support the brand and are produced in accordance with the company's brand personality, key messages, and objectives. Provide status updates and announcements for internal projects. Develop and execute effective internal communications plans and programs. Identify, gather, and coordinate the development and production of content for internal announcements. Coordinate the internal distribution of announcements and respond to inquiries in accordance with company-approved practices. Monitor, measure, and report on results achieved and recommend and implement changes to upper management, as required. Work closely with key stakeholders to establish near- and long-term internal communications goals and objectives. Interact with internal and external resources to support the company's overall communications strategy, objectives, and messaging. Manage external creative resources in conjunction with Corporate Communications and provide them with the guidance and information required to complete their assigned tasks. Establish objectives, key messages, budget, audience, and corresponding list of recipients. Oversee the writing, design, layout, production, and distribution of materials; interact with various teammates and outside vendors/consultants/suppliers regarding content material. Essentials: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) preferred. Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in the fields of Communications, Business Development, Research, or Marketing, or any combination thereof preferred. Req ID: AM989394916
