As an experienced caregiver with Synergy HomeCare of Colorado Springs , you will have the opportunity to work with clients with advanced illnesses, providing hands-on support and companionship. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced, dependable caregiver to work with clients who require consistent, hands-on support. This position is not entry-level and is best suited for a caregiver comfortable working with higher-acuity clients. As an experienced caregiver, you will be responsible for providing skilled, compassionate care to our clients, including: Hands-on assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Full support with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming Parkinson's-specific care, including cueing, patience with movement and speech, and fall prevention Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed Companionship and emotional support Maintaining a safe, clean environment Following the care plan and communicating changes to the office Requirements: Prior caregiving experience with advanced illnesses Comfortable providing hands-on personal care and transfers Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance Dependable, punctual, and professional Able to follow direction and communicate clearly Preferred: CNA or equivalent hands-on caregiving experience Experience with Parkinson's, MS, Dementia or similar conditions #J-18808-Ljbffr SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC
