The position involves providing specialized care in the Labor and Delivery unit, with a focus on Obstetrics, Neonatal, and Medical‑Surgical/Pediatric experience. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment. Job Details Location: Little Falls, Minnesota Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, every 3rd weekend, and every 3rd holiday Schedule: 12‑hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Labor and Delivery (L&D), MedSurg, and Peds; critical access experience preferred Licensure: License to submit required EMR System: EPIC RTO needed upfront; no additional RTO will be approved after submission. Candidates must be located within a 50‑mile radius and may not be full‑time, part‑time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and Dignity within the past year. The hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13‑week assignment if necessary. Responsibilities Monitoring and managing labor and delivery cases, adhering to AWHONN guidelines. Responding to call or standby requirements with a 1‑hour response time. Communicating and motivating teamwork in this unit. Qualifications Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP.
