Líder de equipo (PT)
Nuestros líderes de equipo coordinan tareas, apoyan al equipo de forma práctica, mantienen suministros, apoyan a los responsables y nos ayudan a mantener un lugar excelente para que nuestros equipos trabajen. Valoramos y respetamos a nuestros equipos, trabajamos duro y disfrutamos creando espacios limpios que nuestros clientes valoran.
Buscamos un Líder de Equipo de Limpieza fiable y con experiencia para ayudar a apoyar a nuestro equipo en una escuela. El candidato ideal debe tener habilidades de liderazgo, experiencia en limpieza y la capacidad de trabajar estrechamente con el gerente y los miembros del equipo para alcanzar sus objetivos diarios. Debe ser bilingüe en inglés y español para comunicarse con todos los miembros del equipo.
Responsabilidades
1. Apoya al equipo de limpieza durante los turnos asignados.
2. Comunica las tareas y expectativas diarias con los miembros del equipo.
3. Trabaja estrechamente con el responsable para asegurarte de que se cumplen los estándares de limpieza.
4. Inspecciona el trabajo finalizado y ofrece orientación cuando sea necesario.
5. Ayudar a formar a los nuevos empleados sobre procedimientos de limpieza y directrices de seguridad.
6. Realiza tareas de limpieza según sea necesario, incluyendo aulas, baños, pasillos y zonas comunes.
7. Asegúrate de que haya suministros disponibles y reporta a la dirección de las escaseces.
Cualificaciones
1. Se requiere experiencia previa en limpieza.
2. Se prefiere experiencia previa como líder de equipo o supervisión.
3. Capacidad para trabajar bien con el responsable y el equipo de limpieza.
4. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
5. Debe ser fiable y puntual
6. Debe ser capaz de superar con éxito una verificación de antecedentes escolares de PA.
