Start Date: 06/29/2026

End Date/Duration: Contract to be determined

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)

Hours/week: 36

Employment Type: Contract/Per Diem

License/Certs: Ohio RN License, BLS/ACLS required

Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU or Progressive Care experience

What You'll Do

• Float within the ICU and PCU units, possibly to other affiliated facilities
• Manage patient assignments with an expected ratio of 1:3-4
• Provide direct nursing care, including IV starts and telemetry monitoring
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during critical periods
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Document all patient interactions accurately within Epic EMR system
• Adapt to float assignments within equivalent or lower acuity units

What You Need

• Ohio RN license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU or PCU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Skills in IV starts and telemetry monitoring

• Experience floating across multiple units
• Strong adaptability and communication skills
