It also runs youth enrichment, talent programs, and cultural exchanges, and is known for international standardized examinations and science and technology projects that strengthen both academic and holistic development.Job PurposeServe as the essential bridge between top-tier universities worldwide and leading schools. Your primary mission is to cultivate and sustain a robust global network that drives student recruitment while ensuring seamless exchange of information on university admissions and school strengths.Key ResponsibilitiesCapitalize on established ties with local Education Bureaus to secure official endorsements and entry into premier public and private schools.Proactively identify and engage key influencers at elite universities (e.g., Admissions Directors, Deans) and top schools (e.g., Principals, Headmasters, College Counselors).Negotiate and formalize strategic partnership agreements between universities and schools globally.Deliver precise, timely updates on university admission criteria, flagship programs, scholarship offerings, and application timelines to counselors, teachers, and students.Relay actionable insights from schools to universities on emerging trends, student priorities, and competitive dynamics in the global education landscape.Design and lead high-impact events for school communities, including university showcases, virtual open days, and elite summer programs.Coordinate reciprocal visits: arranging for Education Bureau officials and university delegations to tour schools, and for school leaders and counselors to experience university campuses firsthand.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Education, Counseling, or related field preferred3+ years of experience in college counseling or admissionsDeep knowledge of university admissions processes around the globe, including essay expectations, standardized testing requirements, and financial aidFamiliarity with AP/IB/A-Level curricula and how they map to admissionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 5 of higher) is an assetAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environmentWillingness to travel internationally as requiredSalary and benefitsMarket-competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and overall qualificationsMonthly housing allowance providedInternational airfare allowanceWork Permit sponsorshipMedical check and visa fees coverageComprehensive medical insurancePaid national holidaysFree school placement for dependent childrenOpportunities for professional development
