Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Job Summary:
New Patterns ABA - MA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Medford, MA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children and families. Our goal is to empower each individual to reach their full potential, and we're looking for a talented professional to help us achieve this mission.
Responsibilities:
Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
Conduct assessments, goal setting, and data collection to track client progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination
Supervise and mentor Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based methodologies
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or BCaBA with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Minimum Years of Experience: 0 (entry-level candidates welcome to apply)
Level of Education: (n/a)
Strong clinical knowledge of ABA principles, strategies, and techniques
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Job Type: PER_DIEM ( flexible scheduling, as needed)
