Take your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a dynamic educational setting supporting students with autism. This full-time contract opportunity is set within a K-8 school near Quincy, MA. You’ll have the chance to provide critical consultation and support across five autism classrooms, each with 6-8 students, working collaboratively with staff to foster an inclusive and effective learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid BCBA certification required
- Experience working in educational settings, preferably K-8
- Prior background with students on the autism spectrum strongly desired
- Ability to offer behavior consultation and support to teachers and paraprofessionals
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Role Highlights:
- Full-time position with consistent hours from 8:00 AM to 2:35 PM
- Serve as a consultant and resource to five autism classrooms
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams
- Provide guidance and training to staff to ensure best practices for student growth
- Participate in individualized education plan (IEP) meetings and assist with data collection and progress reporting
