Client Support Analyst

Location: Princeton, NJ – Onsite from Day 1 Role Summary Seeking a Client Support Analyst with strong Accounting and Fixed Income knowledge to support financial products and client-facing activities. The ideal candidate should understand fixed-income instruments, bonds, IBOR, and reference master data, along with strong business analysis and product support experience. Must Have 8–10 years of experience in Client/Product Support or Business Analysis Strong Accounting knowledge Strong Fixed Income knowledge Experience with Bonds Understanding of IBOR Knowledge of Reference Master Data Client-facing experience Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Key Responsibilities Provide client-facing support for financial products and platforms. Analyze and resolve product and application-related issues. Work with Fixed Income and Bond-related data and processes. Support IBOR and Reference Master Data activities. Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and client teams. Analyze requirements, investigate issues, and coordinate resolutions. Support product enhancements, testing, and production issues.
