LSI Staffing is Hiring - Receptionist!

La Porte, TX

$14/hour

Monday-Friday | 8 AM-5 PM

We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to work at the front desk. This position will greet and assist visitors, customers, and employees while providing administrative support.

The Receptionist will also handle travel arrangements for executives and employees , including scheduling hotels, flights, rental vehicles, and per diem.

Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills, organizational skills, Microsoft Office experience, and bilingual skills are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and customers

• Answer and route calls

• Sort incoming/outgoing mail and FedEx

• Order and maintain office supplies

• Schedule conference rooms, interviews, and appointments

• Assist with travel and general administrative duties

• Provide bilingual translation and document support

• Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements:

• 1+ year professional office/administrative experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Bilingual preferred

• Customer service and data entry experience
