End Date/Duration: Permanent

Shift: 24-hour shifts (approx. 10 shifts/month)

Hours/week: 40+ hours

Employment Type: Full-Time

Licensure/Certifications: BC/BE Neonatology; licensed or eligible within Oklahoma

What You'll Do

Provide expert neonatology care in two Level III NICUs

Collaborate with a team of 6 neonatologists and support staff

Manage complex neonatal cases utilizing advanced ventilator and monitoring equipment

Provide coverage approximately 10 shifts per month, predominantly 24-hour out-of-house shifts

Support hospital teams with back-up and consultative services

Engage in community-oriented, patient-centered care in a supportive environment

What You Need

Valid license or eligibility in Oklahoma

Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology

Previous experience in neonatal intensive care preferred, but new fellows welcome

Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical skills
