Conduct interdisciplinary case conferences once a week. Conduct workshops and individual/group therapy sessions as needed with other clinical staff. Work with counselors to develop individual treatment plans and maintain positive working relationships. Ensure patients receive appropriate post‑treatment services during the aftercare phase. Oversee and coordinate overall patient case management, including interfaces with state and local agencies, schools, and community providers. Review clinical progress notes with supervisory staff and participate in the clinical case review process. Qualifications Required Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Family Therapy, or Mental Health. Licenses/Certifications: Independent license issued by NYS. Required Experience: Minimum two years of experience in the mental health field; bilingual preferred.
