Key Responsibilities for the Office Manager:

Oversee workflow management and monitor engagements from intake through delivery
• Coordinate deadlines, extensions, e-file tracking, and client documentation requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, scheduling, and onboarding
• Support billing processes, invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, and WIP reviews
• Manage day-to-day office operations, vendor relationships, supplies, and new-hire setup
• Help maintain a positive and productive office environment throughout busy season

Qualifications for the Office Manager:

Five or more years of experience in a professional services environment such as public accounting, legal, insurance, or medical billing
• Working knowledge of accounting and tax processes with the ability to identify incomplete client files
• Strong proficiency with Excel, practice management software, and document management systems
• Experience handling confidential information in a professional office setting
