If you are a caring and dedicated individual passionate about making a difference, we invite you to join our mission.Benefits:Competitive Pay: Earn competitive hourly wages.Varied Shifts: Opportunities spanning from 4 to 12 hours.Referral Incentives: Benefit from referral bonuses.Responsibilities:Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.Medication Reminders:Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.Support clients in managing their medication routines.Meal Preparation and Nutrition:Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements.Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.Companionship and Social Interaction:Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.Health Monitoring:Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.Document care provided and any notable observations.Qualifications:Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role is requiredMemory care experience preferred.Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.If you are passionate about providing personalized care and making a positive impact on the lives of others, we would love to hear from you!
