THE TEAM The mission of the Events & Experiences Department is to create elevated events & experiences to inspire and excite our audiences and position Aritzia as the ultimate Everyday Luxury destination. THE OPPORTUNITY Aritzia is growing and our Events & Experiences team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering innovative and impactful events and experiences for our clients and external partners. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Aritzia’s Events & Experiences strategy, with a focus on owning the end‑to‑end production and execution of all external events. THE ROLE As the Senior Manager / Manager, Event Production, Events & Experiences, you will lead the team to: Deliver best‑in‑class events and experiences through exceptional on‑the‑ground execution, including pre‑production, on‑site execution (run of show) and support with set‑up and tear‑down. Build and cultivate relationships with best‑in‑class vendors, ensuring reliable, high‑quality execution across all events & experiences. Seamlessly manage and measure our events & experiences programs. THE QUALIFICATIONS The Senior Manager / Manager, Event Production, Events & Experiences, has: Proven and best‑in‑class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in the production of events & experiences, particularly at a luxury fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand. Existing relationships with high‑quality vendors. Availability to travel 50-70%; this role requires being on site at events whenever possible to maintain quality standards. A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles. The skills to collaborate strategically with cross‑functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes. The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team. THE COMPENSATION At Aritzia, we provide market‑leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay‑for‑performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
