Key responsibilities include: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement qualification to placement Sourcing, attracting, and engaging high-calibre candidates Building and developing candidate and client relationships Generating new business leads for our Business Development team Negotiating offers and supporting onboarding activities Achieving individual and team revenue targets Delivering exceptional recruitment service to clients and candidates About You Proven recruitment experience in any sector Excellent candidate sourcing and assessment skills Strong billing and target achievement track record Strong candidate and client relationship skills Recruitment delivery focused and results driven Strong communication and negotiation skills Motivated, resilient and relationship focused Interested?
