Principal L&D Consultant (Sales Coaching & Performance Development)

Shape the Future of Consultant Performance at Evolution We're looking for a commercially credible Principal L&D Consultant to take ownership of how consultants are developed across Evolution. This isn't a traditional L&D role. You'll be responsible for onboarding new consultants, delivering consultative sales training, coaching experienced recruiters, improving performance standards and helping managers develop higher-performing teams. What You'll Be Doing Owning our onboarding programme from day one through to consultant readiness. Designing and delivering engaging classroom, virtual and practical training. Embedding consultative sales methodologies into everyday recruitment behaviours. Running regular one-to-one coaching sessions with consultants across the business. Listening to calls, analysing performance trends and providing practical feedback. Supporting consultants with business development, opportunity progression, account development and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with Directors and Managers to improve coaching standards and consultant capability. Creating development programmes, workshops and learning resources that drive measurable performance improvement. Supporting key initiatives including the Million Biller Pathway and future consultant development programmes. What Success Looks Like Consultants become productive faster. You may currently be: A Recruitment Trainer Sales Trainer L&D Consultant Learning & Development Manager Recruitment Manager with a passion for development Sales Coach Capability or Performance Specialist You'll have experience in: Consultative sales environments Recruitment or professional services Training delivery and facilitation One-to-one coaching Onboarding and capability development Business development and account growth Performance improvement and behavioural change Most importantly, you'll be able to turn sales knowledge into practical behaviours that improve consultant performance.
