Department: District Office Business Services Reports to: Staff Accountant Term: 12 Month Position Full time: 40 hours per week Position Summary The Accounts Payable Specialist assists the Director of Budget and Finance and the Staff Accountant to provide operation of the Accounts Payable section of Business Services. Training And Experience High School Diploma or GED. Associate's degree or higher or professional training in business or secretarial courses. Basic computer skills and knowledge of general office procedures and equipment. Prior experience in a similar position preferred. Three years of bookkeeping experience preferred. Business background preferred.
