Job Title: Production Worker - Night Shift
Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our night shifts, specifically B and D shifts. These roles are ideal for individuals with electronic manufacturing experience and a strong mechanical aptitude, though we are also open to entry-level candidates from various backgrounds. You will play a crucial role in supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines while acquiring job skills and learning company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.
• Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging duties.
• Maintain a working knowledge of production standards and production goals.
• Follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision.
• Operate within established policies and procedures and seek approval for deviations.
• Sit or stand during 10-hour shifts, with standing being required.
• Lift no more than 10-15 lbs. and meet metrics for assembling pieces.

• Previous electronic manufacturing experience, including through-hole or surface mount soldering.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills, including navigation, basic Excel for documentation, and Outlook experience.
• Ability to adapt to changes in work plans and priorities.
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

• High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• One or more years of related experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and moderate noise levels. The night shift hours are from 6pm to 6am, with options for B Shift (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Saturday) and D Shift (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, every other Saturday).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.

The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.
