We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in Indiana. In this role, you will perform high-quality blood collection procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort while working closely with our dedicated healthcare team to deliver accurate results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipunctures and capillary blood collection with high accuracy.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
• Maintain and operate phlebotomy equipment following safety protocols.
• Label, process, and transport specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff to ensure optimal care.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Phlebotomy (CPT).
• Valid state licensure in Indiana.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
