Job Title: Unified Communications (UC) Coordinator Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 12 Months Contract Pay Rate: $41/hr on W2 Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Unified Communications (UC) Coordinator to support our UC team. This role plays a critical part in managing event operations, coordinating project activities, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring seamless execution of technical events. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with Unified Communications and video conferencing technologies. The Event Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to coordinate resources, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality event experiences. Job Responsibilities Operations & Project Management Coordinate UC projects from planning through completion, ensuring project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are achieved. Manage daily task assignments for team members and ensure priorities are clearly communicated. Coordinate UC resources, including equipment, technical staff, and materials required for event execution. Plan and oversee technical aspects of events, including setup, operation, and breakdown of AV and UC equipment. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and the UC team. Maintain alignment between project requirements, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Monitor event quality, equipment performance, and team execution to ensure successful delivery. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational or technical issues during event planning and execution. Support virtual, hybrid, and in-person events requiring collaboration and conferencing technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Project Management Experience 3+ years of project management experience in event coordination, technical operations, AV, or related environments. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience coordinating schedules, resources, timelines, and project deliverables. 3+ years of customer service experience with the ability to represent a team professionally. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience working directly with clients and stakeholders. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and deliver excellent customer experiences. 3+ years of experience supporting video conferencing platforms such as: Zoom Microsoft Teams Other collaboration and conferencing solutions Experience supporting virtual meetings, hybrid events, and conferencing technology. #J-18808-Ljbffr CBTS
