Instructional Assistant (Cloud Engineering)

To support a growing educational initiative, the part-time hourly Instructional Assistant (Cloud Systems Engineering) will assist in delivering technical training to learners, facilitate hands-on lab activities, and manage learner performance in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Assist the Technical Instructor in conducting technical training and classroom facilitation using a structured curriculum Provide ongoing feedback to learners, coordinate with instructors and coaches, and implement individualized study plans for struggling students Participate in administrative tasks, including real-time data entry and attendance monitoring in the Learning Management System Required qualifications Working knowledge of backend development with Java and Spring Boot, including RESTful API development Familiarity with SQL fundamentals and experience querying relational databases Experience using Git/GitHub for version control and understanding CI/CD pipelines Basic understanding of AWS services and ability to navigate the AWS Console Previous experience in a teaching or mentoring role, demonstrating a passion for helping others learn
