Summary

The Community Support Specialist I - Third Party Events, will manage a high volume of smaller-scale community fundraising partners, providing scalable support across 40+ events annually while driving acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The position serves as the primary point of contact for emerging partners, offering strategic guidance, tools, and platform support to and improve fundraising success.The Community Support Specialist I, provides event and operational assistance, including materials, on-site support, and check presentations during peak periods. Additionally, it ensures brand alignment, compliance, and accurate fund management across all community initiatives. A strong focus is placed on stewardship and pipeline development, fostering long-term relationships and identifying partners with potential to grow into higher-revenue opportunities.

Training Required: Strong customer‑service and relationship‑building skills to support emerging community fundraising partners.Ability to manage a high volume of events (40+ annually) with strong organizational and time‑management skills.Basic understanding of community fundraising, donor engagement, and stewardship principles.Clear written and verbal communication skills for guiding partners and representing the organization.Ability to provide platform support, troubleshoot partner issues, and offer scalable guidance.Basic event coordination skills, including logistics, materials management, and on‑site assistance.Ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure compliance across partner materials and activities.Knowledge of fundraising strategy, including how to improve event execution and donor engagement.Training or coursework in nonprofit management, fundraising, or community engagement.Skills in data tracking, basic analysis, or reporting to identify trends and growth opportunities.Event logistics or production knowledge (vendor coordination, risk awareness, onsite flow).Conflict‑resolution or problem‑solving skills for navigating partner challenges or compliance issues.Experience with stewardship programs focused on building loyalty and long‑term engagement.

Salary Range

$26.32 - $40.14

Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
