Data Warehouse And Data Marts Workstream Group U.S. Bank has agreed to purchase MUB from parent MUFG Financial group. As part of the acquisition, the individual we are looking for will be part of Data Warehouse and Data Marts workstream group focused on building (and executing) treatment plans for Data warehouse and Data Marts Union Bank has. This individual will work within Enterprise Data Product team to build the data solution/asset in partnership with our customer, Union Bank SMEs, & Data Architecture/Engineering team. Semi-technical; doesn’t need to be developer but does need to be able to manage the work. Team needs to come up with a treatment for the Union bank data warehouses and data MARs 52 union bank systems Day-to-Day:

1. Defining Scope of work; document usage requirements from Data users.
2. Conduct discovery meetings between Subject Matter Experts, Business Lines from U.S. Bank and MUB. Build decision logs, minutes & take aways, and next steps. Follow up on “next steps”.
3. Building Project Plans (Sprint, Kanban) on JIRA and executing on it.
4. Build Mapping documents, and information gathering templates as required.
5. Conducting design review and brainstorming sessions between Data Engineering and Architecture Team.
6. In partnership with Adoption & Enablement team, build training plan on data usage from Enterprise Data Platform.

Required Skills: Needs to know how EDM (enterprise data management) works, SQL, data mapping, analyst, as well as managing all 52 systems. Coming up with the plan is all communication – a lot of back and forth. Needs to know JIRA/Confluence and how to manage the work that needs to be done for the project.
