Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Potential for mandatory overtime based on business needs.

About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Pharmacy Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced automated refill center. In this role, you will support warehouse and pharmacy operations by accurately picking, packing, sorting, and shipping prescription orders while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.

This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently, and a commitment to patient safety and privacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow on-screen prompts to accurately pick and pack prescription orders according to program specifications.
• Process orders for shipping.
• Fold and pack paperwork with prescriptions for shipment.
• Sort orders by store location and place them into totes for shipping.
• Load products into delivery trucks.
• Receive and ship inventory as needed.
• Maintain a consistent workflow to meet daily production goals.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Follow all federal and state HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and safety.
• Identify, address, and escalate operational issues to management when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Assistant Certification required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to lift and carry 20–25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work all required overtime as needed.

Licensing Requirement

Upon hire, employees must obtain a Kentucky Board of Pharmacy Technician License at their own expense ($25 fee). The licensing process can be completed onsite.
