Pay range for this position is $52,700 to $60,078. Responsibilities As a Clinician or Behavior Analyst you will provide supports to adult individuals living in Berwyn and surrounding residences in Delaware and Chester counties. Responsibilities include working with an interdisciplinary team to provide social, behavioral, and emotional supports; participating in the programming of group homes to monitor for therapeutic approaches and high quality of care; conducting on‑site direct observations on a regular basis; developing positive behavior support plans based on assessment results; conducting staff training and providing behavioral consultation; coordinating data collection and summarizing data into graphed formats; and gaining additional opportunities to work on special projects and research. Qualifications Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field. Relevant PA clinical license (i.e., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Behavior Specialist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Associate Professional Counselor). Must have strong behavioral analysis skills, counseling experience, and experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism and/or mental health diagnoses. Must be at least 21 years of age. Have a valid driver’s license.
