Astra ABA is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee clinical excellence, mentor a growing team, and help shape the future of high-quality ABA services for children and families throughout North Carolina. What You'll Do

As our Lead BCBA , you will serve as the clinical leader of the center, ensuring exceptional service delivery while fostering a positive and supportive team culture.

Clinical Leadership

• Oversee ABA programming and ensure clinical excellence across all assigned cases

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Monitor client progress and implement data-driven clinical modifications

• Ensure treatment integrity and adherence to ethical and evidence-based practices

• Maintain high standards of quality assurance and clinical oversight

Team Development & Supervision

• Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff

• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities

• Foster a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented clinical culture

• Support onboarding and training of new clinical team members

Family Partnership

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with families

• Provide caregiver guidance, support, and parent training

• Ensure families feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout care

Operational Collaboration

• Partner with Astra ABA leadership to support clinic growth and operational success

• Assist with clinical scheduling coordination and staffing support

• Help maintain a structured, organized, and thriving clinic environment

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification in good standing

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Active North Carolina LBA (or ability to obtain)

• Experience supervising RBTs and clinical teams

• Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills

• Passion for clinical excellence and staff development
