Position: Unit Care Coordinator RN Responsibilities Include Leading and coordinating patient care on a skilled nursing unit Overseeing clinical care plans and assessing resident needs Administering medications and ensuring regulatory compliance Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care Supporting CNAs and nursing staff in daily operations Communicating with families about care goals and progress Qualifications And Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to assess resident needs and develop care plans Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance Team collaboration and support skills Key Attributes Patient-first approach, dedication to quality healthcare outcomes, and commitment to professional growth within a supportive, family-focused environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
