We are looking for a detail-oriented Dealership Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Corporate Accounting Office at Bob King Automotive Group. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing payments timely, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures within our dealership network.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field/experience preferred.
- Previous experience working in accounts payable, preferably in a dealership or automotive industry setting.
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data entry and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Responsibilities:**
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
- Maintain vendor relationships and address payment inquiries.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations.
