What You'll Do

• Clean, wash, and organize laboratory glassware and equipment
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization
• Restock supplies, inventory, and laboratory materials
• Assist with sample management, data entry, and basic lab support tasks
• Deliver materials and supplies throughout the laboratory
• Follow all laboratory safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines
• Support scientists and laboratory staff with daily operations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, warehouse, food production, retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Interest in science, healthcare, or laboratory careers
• Coursework in Biology, Chemistry, or other life sciences is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.17 - $20.17/hr.
