St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a full-time Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established and patient-centered outpatient practice in Saratoga Springs, New York, offering flexible scheduling, a supportive team environment, and rewarding compensation.

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages
• Work as part of a dynamic, physician-led care team
• Maintain a 40-hour work week with 34 hours of direct patient contact
• Participate in a light on-call schedule with phone-only coverage and RN triage
• Perform telemedicine coverage for a few hours on designated weekends every few months
• Collaborate with APPs, with potential for increased compensation
• Engage in teaching opportunities with medical and NP/PA students
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for all patient documentation and records
• See an average of 18–24 patients per day
• Optional opportunities in hospital medicine or administrative leadership roles

Ensure compliance with all required certifications and licensure

Not seeking 1099, visa sponsorship, or long-distance commuting arrangements. Not accepting Locums candidates. Not open to Visa Candidates. Candidates must be truly Board Eligible or Board Certified. Candidates with lapsed Board Certification will not be accepted.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary between $250,000 and $260,000, with opportunity for additional income through productivity incentives
• Starting bonus of up to $75,000 paid in the first paycheck
