Total Rewards Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting Total Rewards operations, the full-time remote Total Rewards Analyst will enhance compensation and benefits programs, conduct market pricing analyses, and provide employee support while collaborating with HR and business leaders. Key Responsibilities Include Leverage technology for external market pricing and prepare pricing analyses Support annual compensation processes, including evaluations and recommendations for salary structures Administer benefits-related onboarding and offboarding, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in human resources, global compensation, and/or global benefits Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced capabilities Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data Workday experience is a plus, preferably with Advanced Compensation knowledge Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
