The Maintenance Technician is a limited supervision position that is responsible for maintaining favorable environmental conditions in the college's building facilities. The Maintenance Technician performs preventive and regular maintenance and repair on all college HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems. The Maintenance Technician is a limited supervision position that is responsible for maintaining favorable environmental conditions in the college's building facilities. The Maintenance Technician performs preventive and regular maintenance and repair on all college HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems.
