Title
Operating Room RN - Circulator

Schedule
- Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
- Weekend Requirement: 2-3 per month
- Call Requirement: Day-shift call - 24-36 hours per month

Assignment Details
- Contract Length: Minimum 10 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Requirements
- 3 years RN experience
- Level I trauma experience
- Circulate experience (perioperative circulating RN)
- Neuro and trauma experience required
- BCLS certification
- EMR: Cerner

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the operating room environment.
- Assist and support surgical teams during procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes in the perioperative setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records during procedures.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Compliance / Notes
- COVID-19 vaccine: Optional, with reporting required.
- Flu vaccine: Required, with exemptions allowed.
- Drug screen: Required within 30 days of start.
- Documentation due: Typically 10 days prior to start.
- Time-off (RTO): >7 days requires approval; no RTO during first 7 days or on last day of contract.
- Parking: No fee.
- Scrubs provided: Purple scrubs.
