What You'll Be Doing As a Grill Cook at SWAIN'S CUT, you'll play a key role in delivering the high-quality dishes our customers love. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mastering the open flame grill to prepare a variety of menu items to perfection.
- Multitasking efficiently to keep up with the demands of a busy kitchen.
- Using your basic knife skills and kitchen knowledge to prep and cook ingredients.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure food safety and quality.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar kitchen or grill cook role.
- A solid understanding of open flame grilling techniques.
- Basic knife skills and general kitchen knowledge.
- The ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong work ethic and a passion for cooking.
