Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility for immediate licensure in WA)
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and adaptability
• Willingness to commit ASAP through the end of the school year

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring for K-5 students (approximately 55 kids)
• Develop IEPs and collaborate with general and special education staff
• Serve 1-2 school sites, managing a manageable caseload
• Participate in team meetings and parent communications
• Maintain accurate records and comply with state/federal guidelines
