Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP licensure for Washington State
• Recent experience in schools preferred
• Strong background in assessment, intervention, and IEP development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively manage varying caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and evaluations for elementary-aged students
• Manage a caseload of about 55 students at one or two locations
• Develop individual education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and district requirements
• Deliver services according to established schedules and student needs
