We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing team. This position is located on-site in Hamilton, WA. Department Summary: The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating replenishment activities, supporting floor-level material staging, tracking usage and traceability, resolving supply discrepancies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives related to commodity management and production support. This role requires strong organizational skills, ERP system proficiency, problem-solving ability, and collaboration across multiple departments to support safety, quality, delivery, and operational efficiency goals. Performs daily activities following established work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines Maintains accurate inventory records using ERP systems, barcode scanners, and inventory tracking systems Collaborates with purchasing and suppliers to support timely replenishment and resolve material shortages Supports receiving and inspection activities for incoming inventory and tooling components Conducts inventory audits, cycle counts, reconciliations, and floor‑level inventory assessments Maintains organization, labeling, storage compliance, and workplace cleanliness Coordinates with production teams to prioritize urgent materials requests and production support requirements Supports freezer, controlled storage, or specialized inventory management requirements where applicable Assists in identifying opportunities for process improvements, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency enhancements Ensures compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and state/federal regulations Acts as liaison between supply chain, warehouse, production, engineering, and quality teams to facilitate material flow and operational readiness Works well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Some forklift experience is required; must be able to be trained and pass certification Previous warehousing experience Basic math skills and ability to work independently Effective verbal and written communication skills in English Basic PC skills, including MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) Capability to learn and use new systems Functioning in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident due to ITAR and EAR regulations Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance; requires candidate agreement to a Continuous Evaluation program Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Supply Chain Machining background including knowledge of cutters and holders Previous experience with SAP Experience working within an ISO or AS regulated environment Wage and Benefits Salary range for this role is $30–$42 per hour plus discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Employees may also receive additional pay for off shifts.
