Resident Care Coordinator - Arete Gilman Grove

Job Category : Care Team Full-Time, On-site. Locations Oregon City Operations, 2205 Gilman Drive, Oregon City, OR 97045, USA. Shift/Schedule : Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm, Availability for weekend/on-call/call-outs coverage required. Location : Arete at Gilman Grove - 2205 Gilman Drive, Oregon City, OR 97045. Responsibilities Document information pertaining to changes in residents’ status, needs and appointments Ensure proper documentation of all care plans, nurses notes and all other resident correspondence Strong experienced as a Medication Aide Provide orientation and on the job training to Caregivers and Medication Aides Assist with daily living activities (i.e., bathing, dressing, and eating) Measure, record and assist with wellness clinics Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits Manage scheduling of clinical staff Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, calm, and joy Maintain confidentiality of all resident care in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Complete on-going training as assigned Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age HCA or CNA license preferred Must have at least 1 year of Lead Med Tech/RCC experience in senior living Must have or obtain First Aid & CPR Certification within 30 days of employment Must have or obtain a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment Benefits We believe caring for others starts with caring for our own teams.
