Site Manager

Job DescriptionThe Site Manager will be accountable for setting up an onsite office/trailer at a client site in Louisianna. Sites are in Cameron, LA and Plaquemines, LA. Responsibilities would include oversight and coordination of existing work and development of new opportunities. The Site Manager would be responsible for fostering and expanding all service lines for the company (engineering, automation, fabrication, construction). The office would include core personnel to support the local efforts, with the majority of the work/execution being out of one of the main offices.This position reports Business Line Vice President/Manager. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides Audubon leadership with customerOversees on-site execution and management of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities Advocate for expansion of services in areas (Engineering, Fabrication, Construction, Automation, etc.) Coordinate with office PMs and engineering teams to resolve site-specific issuesFacilitate regular project status updates and meetings with clientDevelopment of project scopes for proposalsManage, develop, and recruit additional area execution team membersOnsite at area office minimum 4 days a weekAddresses and resolves project issues with clientsDevelops and meets revenue and other financial goals for assigned area.
