Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience. Registered with the Guardian Registry. Must have a current, valid TB test. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic approach to caregiving. Knowledge and understanding of elderly care, senior care, and patient care principles. Reliability, responsibility, and a strong work ethic. Flexibility and adaptability to cater to the unique needs of each client.
