Bilingual Receptionist

As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to help our clients by providing them with high-quality candidates in a timely manner. Responsibilities: · Manage daily timekeeping and weekly payroll for all Luxor’s contract employees · Establish relationships with the customer’s hiring managers and partners · Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees · On-board and train new employees · Accurately maintain employee files Qualifications: · Previous experience in recruiting preferred but not required Must have a valid Driver's license · Must be able to work overtime and some weekends as business demands fluctuate · Ability to be on your most of the day walking throughout the facility · Strong interpersonal communication skills · Bilingual in English and Spanish required This position is located in South Austin Company Description Luxor Staffing offers a corporate staffing experience, yet we provide the hands-on service normally expected only from a small, locally-owned firm.
