Electric / Utility client experienced profiles Highly preferred Job Description This position will also support key data governance initiatives by helping define policies, standards, and practices that ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across the organization. The role contributes to building governance frameworks aligned with enterprise data strategies. Additionally, the position will work closely with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for onboarding data into a modern data platform, ensuring proper integration of data assets to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence needs. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field (experience may substitute for up to 4 years) Experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/technical environment collaborating with developers, architects, and data teams Experience designing and developing business process frameworks, including standardized models, workflows, and governance structures Familiarity with industry-standard business process mapping tools and methodologies Experience working with cross-functional teams to build scalable and repeatable business processes Hands-on experience in business process development/reengineering, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending technology-based improvements Experience working with Utility providers (Electric, Water, etc.) Experience analyzing raw data using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, Databricks) and understanding of their role in analytics and data governance Working knowledge of data governance principles (data quality, stewardship, compliance) #J-18808-Ljbffr US staffing Inc
