Customer Service Sales Specialist

We are recruiting a Customer Service Representative/Account Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing company in the Youngstown, Ohio area. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers, sales representatives, and internal departments while managing quoting, order processing, account support, and issue resolution. Responsibilities Process customer orders and prepare product quotes Manage customer accounts from order entry through completion Respond to product, pricing, delivery, and order-related inquiries Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, and Quality Control to address customer needs Resolve order discrepancies, complaints, and quality-related concerns Expedite orders and proactively communicate updates Maintain accurate customer, quoting, and order information in CRM and ERP systems Qualifications 2-4 years of customer service, order management, or account management experience Manufacturing experience strongly preferred Experience with order entry, quoting, and CRM or ERP systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Professional, personable, and comfortable initiating conversations Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Associate degree preferred; bachelor's degree is a plus This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, taking ownership of accounts, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment! #J-18808-Ljbffr Corporate Ladder Search Partners, Inc.
