Roofing Field Superintendent

Job Description
Primary role is to supervise the field service team and deploy their daily service projects. Be responsible for managing parts and labor resources needed from initial site visit through final installation. Work with office and sales staff on each project. Position will require field based and office work and daily travel. (company vehicle provided) Bi-lingual necessary.
- Pre-site for safety, overseeing daily job operations, safety talks, rules and regulations.
- Communication with team and office
- Maintain trucks with proper requirements
- OSHA 10 cert
- Attend project meetings at job site
- knowledge of foam, coating, inspect roofs, commercial and residential
- Self motivated
- Some estimating involved
- Good Work Ethic
- Experience 3-5 years
- CDL helpful
- Use of hand tools
